Article 2: Service Description

2R provides RedNote RedCoin recharge information and order placement interfaces. The actual recharge execution is completed by 94LIVES via the official RedNote website recharge channel. The scope of services provided by this platform includes:

• ✓ Customer service and after-sales support

Article 3: User Accounts and Responsibilities

1. Users must ensure that the RedNote account information provided (mobile phone number or RedNote ID) is true, accurate, and valid. Users shall bear full responsibility for recharge failures or RedCoin being recharged to the wrong account caused by incorrect account information.
2. Users shall properly keep their account and payment credentials, and must not transfer, lend, or share their accounts with any third party.
3. Users must not use this service to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.

1. All prices are displayed in real-time US Dollars (USD). At checkout, the amount will be converted to the user’s local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate of the selected payment channel.
2. Different payment channels may charge service fees, and the specific fees shall be subject to the prompts on the checkout page.
3. This platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Adjusted prices shall only apply to subsequent new orders.
4. If the deducted amount does not match the order amount due to technical reasons of the payment channel, this platform will verify the discrepancy and either cover the shortfall or refund the overcharged amount.

Article 6: Crediting and After-Sales Service

1. After successful payment, 94LIVES will execute the recharge via the official RedNote website recharge channel, with an average crediting time of approximately 300 seconds.
2. If recharge is delayed due to RedNote platform maintenance, account anomalies, or system issues, this platform will proactively contact the user to explain the situation.
3. If payment is successful but the RedCoin has not been credited after a reasonable period, the user may contact customer service for inquiry. Upon verification, this platform will assist with re-recharging or arrange a refund.
4. If recharge is made to another user’s account due to incorrect account information provided by the user, this platform bears no responsibility for refund.

Article 7: Disclaimer

1. This platform has no affiliation or authorization relationship with the official RedNote. The service terms, account policies, RedCoin rules, and other regulations of the RedNote platform are unilaterally formulated and interpreted by RedNote, and this platform assumes no liability for the same.
2. This platform assumes no liability for compensation for any losses incurred by users due to changes in RedNote platform policies, account bans, RedCoin freezes, or other related reasons.
3. This platform is committed to providing stable services. However, it assumes no liability for service suspensions or recharge failures caused by force majeure (including but not limited to network failures, payment channel interruptions, or anomalies on the official RedNote website), though it will make best efforts to assist users in resolving related issues.
4. If a user’s account is penalized due to violation of RedNote’s RedCoin Service Agreement or these Service Terms, the user shall bear full responsibility.

Article 8: Intellectual Property Rights

The rights to names, trademarks, and related logos such as "RedNote", "RED", "RedNote", and "RedCoin" belong to their original right holders. All content on this platform’s website (including text, images, code, and design) is owned by 2R or 94LIVES, or used under valid authorization. No part of this content may be reproduced, reprinted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

This platform reserves the right to modify these Service Terms at any time. Any amendments will be announced on this website, and continued use of this service by the user shall be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
